1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MPFcomparison.com (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Platform.

2. Data Sources and Intellectual Property

The information, charts, and fund comparisons on this Platform are sourced from mfp.mpfa.org.hk. The Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) retains all copyright and other intellectual property rights to those source materials. The sole exception is fund holdings information, which the MPFA does not publish: where shown, holdings are reproduced from the relevant MPF trustee's own published fund fact sheet, and that trustee and the date of its fact sheet are identified alongside the holdings. Each trustee retains the copyright and other intellectual property rights in its own materials. MPFcomparison.com re-disseminates all such data strictly for non-profit, non-commercial, and general educational purposes, acknowledging each source. This Platform is an independent aggregator and is not operated by the MPFA or by any MPF trustee; see the operator disclosure in section 3.

3. General Information Only; No Financial Advice

This Platform is free to use and charges no fee for any part of its service. It is operated by a registered MPF intermediary; signed-in members may optionally request contact with that intermediary, and no personal data is collected for that purpose unless the request form is submitted with explicit consent. All figures, comparisons and rankings are computed solely from the published MPFA and trustee data described in section 2 and are not influenced by that relationship, and no trustee, scheme or product issuer pays for placement or ranking. All content on this Platform is for general reference only. It does not take into account your specific personal circumstances, financial situation, or risk tolerance. Nothing on this Platform shall be construed as sales advice, financial advice, or a professional recommendation.

4. Accuracy of Information and No Warranties

While we strive to provide useful comparisons based on MPFA data and, for fund holdings, on the trustees' own published fund fact sheets, the information herein should not be treated as a substitute for official offering documents from approved trustees. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information. Past performance is not indicative of future returns, and all investments involve risk.
